Designed and sculpted a robot toy digitally, then used real-time VR projection to guide hands-on physical fabrication to bridge digital modeling with practical, shop-based construction.
Case Study: Digitally modeled and refined a robotic character, then projected the 3D form into physical space using VR tools to guide scale, proportion, and articulation during hands-on assembly. The VR model functioned as a spatial reference system while constructing the physical prototype.
RESULTS: Produced a fully articulated physical prototype using plastic cement, a 3D pen, and custom-fabricated joints. The process demonstrates a hybrid workflow combining real-time spatial visualization with traditional fabrication techniques that support rapid iteration, physical problem-solving, and digital-to-physical accuracy.
