Q-Roid Mech
Built an articulated 1:70 scale display model from an original IP for concepting and pitch, shaping forms from sketches, VR sculpts, and CAD models; building with polystyrene, PLA, PVC, metal, and magnets, inserting hinge, pin, and ball joints to add articulation.
Fabricated and refined plastic parts by hand using manual tools (i.e., 3D printer, 3D pen, ultrasonic knife, precision heat gun) innovating a print–modify-scan–adjust process to dial in fit, tolerances, and assembly; fabricated supporting props with print-flat methods for optimized speed, detail, and assembly.
